Chicken & Veggie Pizza

Source: Prevention Magazine

Ingredients:
1/4 cup prepared pesto
1 prebaked whole wheat pizza crust
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
precooked chicken cut into strips
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Using a pastry brush, brush the pesto onto the pizza shell. Top with the peppers, tomato, chicken, feta, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and the crust is golden.

Mmmm... pesto! I always forget that it tastes great on pizza too! Looks awesome and I bet it tastes great too!
